Plan A Visit

What to expect upon your first visit to Grace Community

Getting to know each other

We know meeting someone for the first time can be intimidating, and going to a new church for the first time can be nerve-racking. We want to help make your first experience at Grace Community a great one!

Worship Service Time

Grace Community worships every Sunday at 10a

We are currently worshipping both in-person and online.

Location

Grace Community is a part of the FishHawk Ranch community in Lithia. We are 5708 Lithia Pinecrest Road, just southeast of FishHawk Boulevard.

What can I expect?

When you arrive at Grace Community, you will be met by our greeters and they will help you get a name tag (everyone gets a stick-on name tag). This helps us remember your name and helps you remember ours. Our greeter team can help answer any questions you may have and give you directions to where you need to go next. Grab a good cup of coffee and some snacks before heading into the sanctuary for worship.

What's the culture like at Grace?

Sunday's at Grace Community are relaxed, casual and encouraging. Come as you are and expect to feel welcomed as our guest.

What if I’m not used to going to church?

You are the reason we started Grace Community. We want to be a comfortable place for those who are curious about God, but have never felt comfortable in church. We want Grace Community to be a place where you can begin your journey of faith. A place where you can wrestle with who God is and what He wants for you. It’s okay if you don’t have it all figured out yet; we are still working on it as well.

How long is the worship service?

Our worship is about 60 minutes in length. We begin with our Praise Band leading us in music [song lyrics are projected onto the screens so you can sing along] and we encourage you to engage with worship however you feel most comfortable. Even though we are contemporary in style, we still observe the rich tradition of some liturgical aspects, or structures of worship, during worship before our pastor comes to share an encouraging and hope-filled message.

Our heart as we plan weekly worship is to create spaces in which ALL people can experience the God's transforming grace.

What about my kids?

We believe that kids should have a blast at church every single week, and at Grace Children's Ministry we make this a priority. The other thing we make a priority is your children’s safety. Because of that, we have a detailed check-in process for Grace Kids. You’ll want to leave yourself an extra few minutes to get signed in for the Children's Ministries experience.

Do I have to give?

If you want to, you are more than welcome; however, please – as our guest – do not feel obligated to give anything financially until you feel led to do so.
